Anna Silk was born in January 1974. Her most popular role is Bo who is from Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk and Peter Silk were the parents of Silk. Ilkay is a playwright and director. She also plays the role of drama instructor in St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is able to recall the first moments in her life, including taking part in rehearsals of shows. Silk was featured in many commercials as an infant. She graduated from St. Thomas University with an Associate of Arts degree in 1997. Her early theater experience includes at the very least two productions for Theatre St. Thomas: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk was moved to Toronto, Canada in November of 1999, to keep acting. Then she moved into Los Angeles California during the next decade. Seth Cooperman was her future partner when she was introduced to him in an actor's workshop in Los Angeles. Following their engagement in 2008, they got married in 2009. They renewed their vows on April 10, 2011, in Fredericton, after the woman was converted to Judaism. Silk was blessed with an infant son Samuel Jerome Cooperman in May 2013. Her son Levi Aaron was born on May 13 2016. Silk is famous for her television role in the role of Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009 she was nominated by the Gemini Awards. The Canadian series Lost Girl cast her as Bo Dennis, the lead character in the succubus. Silk became pregnant during production of the final season episode. The news was announced to viewers of the show in an episode of the Showcase show's pre-show Season Three special on January 6th, 2013. On June 4 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures announced the beginning of production for the fourth season and on June 20 2013 Silk posted on Twitter that she was back to work on the show. CNN's Cable News Network named her portrayal of Bo as well as Lauren (Zoie Parker) in Lost Girl as same-sex couples as one of their most-loved television Couples. E! named them as the most popular TV Couple for 2013. Entertainment Television. Because of Silk's popularity Silk has gained a large presence on social media.
